The 32nd annual general meeting of the West of Scotland Cat Club was held on Sunday 21st April 2013 at the Business Insurance Bureau, Wit’s End, 7 Queens Crescent, Glasgow, G4 9BW. Twenty-one members were present for a lively, and wide-ranging, meeting. Membership is still at the magic 200, so the club retains its two GCCF delegates, with Richard Gabb and Ian Thomson being elected to those positions. Ian and Richard were both re-elected to the positions of Chairman and Secretary respectively, and Elizabeth Stewart as Treasurer. We also welcomed Ruth McMillan and Margaret Mather to the Committee. We had a good discussion about the date for the 2013/14 show, so keep an eye out here for any news on that front. We finished with the usual award of trophies for the pet winners at our last show, followed by the raffle which raised £60 for club funds. Members then enjoyed a light lunch and cat chat.
